The Intro to YNDI Flow Express yoga class is an easy to follow powerful Hot Vinyasa practice with clear modifications. This beginner friendly practice will teach you how to do the postures and move through transitions with confidence whether you want a slower practice, are new to yoga or are nursing an injury.
