Whether a busy parent or working from home, we invite you to take a moment to simply be. During these two days you will be able to release the old to make space for the new with all-encompassing yoga practices, guided meditation, qi gong practices so you can discover and embrace your potential. FRIDAY, March 19
5:00pm: Wellness Lecture: The Five Elements with Jonathan
7:30pm: Candlelight Meditation with Lana.
SATURDAY, March 20
9:00am: Qi Gong (45 minutes) with Jonathan
10:00am: Purify Negative Energy (45minutes) with Jonathan
11:00am-2pm: Recommended time for healthy lunch and spa services.
2:00pm: (30 min) Yoga Fundamentals I, Posture Clinic + Philosophy with Lana
2:30pm: (90 minutes) YNDI Flow + Restore with Lana
4:30pm: An afternoon reserved for Spa Services
