Service Description

Autumn initiates a personal cycle of turning within. We let go of any habits of the mind or body that no longer serve us. It is also a natural time of gathering resources for the winter ahead. Please join international sound healing educator Joanne Liljeholm as she offers techniques to awaken energy pathways, clear away old patterning, and align your system properly for this season with the gentle tones of autumn. Let the waves of gongs, harmonic chimes, Tibetan and Alchemy singing bowls, and handcrafted singing drums move through you to support your highest good. After the event, connect with others over tea and enjoy our seasonal table filled with specially curated gifts and tools of sound and light to delight the spirit. BIO Joanne Liljeholm, BS, LMT, BCTMB Joanne has been a leader in the spa industry for two decades, and now enjoys the honor of maintaining her own transformational healing practice in Wells, ME. It is here that she weaves Sound Healing with CranioSacral and Massage therapy to address the roots of issues with her clients. She also still spends time regularly expanding the frontiers of wellness by teaching Sound Healing and Advanced Massage Modalities to practitioners throughout the country and internationally. Joanne finds her greatest joy encouraging individuals to take active roles in actuating their highest purpose in life.
