YNDI Winter Restorative Sound Bath

Service Description

Come replenish your energy after the holidays by taking time to experience the restorative tones of crystal and alchemy singing bowls, gongs, and chimes played live just for you. International sound healing educator Joanne Liljeholm will also be sharing a talk about the healing nature of certain sounds. She will be giving healthy strategies for you to stay in harmony with your winter environment physically, emotionally and spiritually. BIO Joanne Liljeholm, BS, LMT, BCTMB Joanne is the owner of Conscious Waves Holistic Healing. She weaves her 25 years’ experience as a CranioSacral and massage therapist with ancient sound healing methods. Joanne maintains a private transformational practice in Wells, ME, presents frequently at wellness events, and teaches multiple levels of sound healing classes throughout the US and abroad yearly. Her intent is to be of greatest service to others by sharing techniques and tools to encourage deep healing and accelerated conscious development.
