Tuesday, January 20th, 5:30pm Join me for a seamless practice that will intertwine various yoga traditions for a euphoric sweat and will hold space for healing, introspection and insight. Enjoy herbal tea, homemade kombucha and community after practice. Good energy awaits! All are welcome. Bring a mat, towel and water bottle.
