Intro to YNDI Flow with Hip Openers

Intro to YNDI Flow with Hip Openers

1hr 31min

Custom Soundscape by Dj.Inc.

The Intro to YNDI Flow with Hip Openers is an all level yoga class inspired by the Barkan Method of Hot Vinyasa which brings together a fluid flow linking the breath with the body with therapeutic postures from the Hot Yoga lineage from Calcutta. This slower paced practice includes modifications to safely ease your way into this powerful vinyasa with confidence. It's easy to follow so you can focus on the foundations of the postures, yet still feel the transformative benefits for your body and mind. Modifications for plank, chaturanga and upward facing dog are clearly explained and demonstrated.

The yoga class begins with a meditative and empowering breathing experience to prepare for the practice. Nestled in the expansive landscape we'll travel for a slowed down YNDI Flow that clearly covers modifications and options to adjust the postures. The balancing in this class will be one set of most of the balancing postures in a Nordic barn before we tune it down and go to the floor for the Hip Openers that release stress and tension out of the body. The candlelit atmosphere for the hip openers invites you to slow down and recharge the body. The practice closes with Kapalbhati Breathing and a long beautiful savasana. YNDI Fusion with Hip Openers is a powerful practice to clear the mind, get a great workout, release tension, and elevate consciousness. There are modifications offered in the hip opening sequence for with a block and without a block.
