Breath creates space and lightness within. “Practice for Lightness” is an all-encompassing, gentle practice bringing mindfulness to the breath and body connection. As the breath guides the practice and coordinates with the movement of the body, the mind slows down, and the body feels lighter and more vibrant. This class will strengthen you, help improve flexibility as well as balance, but will bring awareness to how our breath impacts how we feel and creates peace within.
